Terms of Service

Ghost Tech is an online marketplace for digital tools and services — tool rentals, activations, credits, IMEI services and files — sold with a wallet system and prices in USD. Features may change as we improve the catalog.

• Sign up with an email you control, or use Continue with Google.
• You are responsible for activity under your account — keep your password and Google account secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country (generally 18 or older) to use the service.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions or support; accounts found doing so may be suspended.

You fund your wallet with the methods shown at checkout — Mobile Money (including M-Pesa where available) and card, processed by our payment provider. Top-ups are credited to your balance when the payment confirms. Wallet funds are used to purchase services on the platform.

• Placing an order reserves the amount in your wallet. Fulfilment times depend on the service and are shown on each service page.
• Track every order and its status in Orders.
• If an order is not delivered as described, contact support. We will remedy it — by re-delivery, a wallet credit, or a refund where one is due.

All prices are listed and charged in USD. The catalog, pricing and availability may be updated at any time; the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive.
• Chargeback or dispute payments you made in good faith without contacting us first.
• Attack, overwhelm or disrupt the site or other users' access to it.
• Resell or misrepresent delivered materials where the underlying license or provider terms forbid it.
• Violate the terms of the third-party platforms your purchased service interacts with.

Some deliverables depend on third-party platforms and providers. Their availability and outcomes are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted results. The site and its content are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind beyond what we expressly state here.

The site — its design, logo and content — belongs to Ghost Tech / Kagujje Inc. unless stated otherwise. Deliverables you purchase are licensed to you according to the description on the service page.

Digital services cannot be "returned" once delivered. Where a service was not delivered or materially differs from its description, contact support and we will re-deliver, credit your wallet or refund the affected order — refunds go back through the original payment method where technically possible. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, threaten other users or the service, or are linked to unpaid or fraudulent transactions. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
